I am currently the Director of Early Years and Initial Teacher Training for a private training provider. The majority of my work is in Early Years settings, and schools across the country. I am a trained primary school teacher and previously worked in the primary sector and within local authority teams. One of my children is currently at Western. My area of responsibility is Special Educational Needs.
