Irish Dancing

As well as being a Teaching Assistant at Western Primary School, Una O'Connor is also a Principal Dance Teacher at St Aelred's Irish Dance Group, based in Harrogate.

She runs an after-school club for pupils in Years 4 and 5 every Monday until 4:30pm.

Irish dancing is a traditional dance style that encompasses both solo and group performances. It helps develop coordination, teamwork and fitness.
